Tier 1 words: girl, dog, cat, sad, mad, book, red) CVC words

to use this in your absence:
Multisensory activity
1. The teacher will read a weekly kindergarten decodable book to students.
2. The teacher will highlight the tier 1 vocabulary throughout the book.
3. The teacher and students will do repeated oral reading for (3-4 times)
4. The teacher will give students a mesh screen with a paper and crayon. The
student will write the tier 1 vocabulary words on the paper over the mesh. The
teacher will have students repeat the tier one word after they have said it as they
write it on paper.

Materials:
Mesh screen, paper. crayons, highlighters, decodable books with cvc words.
