Guidelines
 
I. Tournament type: Round Robin
Single:
Men. (1- pair)
Women. (1- pair)
Mixed -Double 
 1 Man & 1 Woman
Team 1 – (1 man & 1 Woman)
Team 2 – (1 man & 1 Woman)

II. Players: 
Bona fide UDD Student College Student only, the student must and was enrolled on the
1st semester and 2nd semester of the current academic school year.
No Uniform No Play Must be on their official school Intramural Uniform  

III.  Players should submit:

White form of 2nd Sem SY2022-2023
PhilHealth Certificate – MDR
Waiver (Parent consent) with Photocopy of parent’s ID(w/ Picture)
 
IV.  Official Team Coach - submits Entry Form (refer to the UDD official Sports Committee
 
V.  Lost by Default: team should be present 5 minutes before the game starts, otherwise the team is
declared lost by default
VI.  Referee’s decision is Final.
VII.  Table tennis racquet
The bat, commonly referred to as a ‘racquet’ or ‘paddle’, is approximately 17cms long and 15cms
wide, made primarily of wood. It has a rubber surface on either side - black and red - that help the
players in applying and negating the spin on the ball.
VIII.  Complains of the Game – Written complaint by the official game coach noted by the Tournament
manager to be submitted to the UDD sports Committee.
