THIS IS TO REPORT that in accordance with instructions received from our Principal, we have performed the inspection, sampling
and analysis of the above-mentioned shipment of coal.
MANUAL SAMPLING was performed by SGS, as per ISO 18283 5.2 during the loading of the vessel. Increments were collected
from a freshly exposed surface while the material was in motion, on a random time interval basis at an unknown / randomly
estimated mass interval, with a fixed-increment mass.
The manual sampling method was agreed with the SGS Principal, as sampling by more reliable methods was not possible.
Sampling of this type does not satisfy the requirements for probability sampling. The suitability of this sampling method is defined
by the standard.
ANALYSIS: Reported results are based on a calculated weighted average of Sub-lot(s) analysis results using weights qualities on
the same moisture basis, and composite analysis results where applicable. Analysis performed in accordance with ISO/ASTM
Standards at the SGS laboratory in St-Petersburg / Murmansk, Russia
