1. What do people need? Why should they come?

a. Food. We need to provide food to people. We can have discounted deals with
uWu/Pond's/Pizzeria. I can pick up the supplies and sell them here. Their brand
name will also spread. Think of this as a sublicence.
b. Clothes, Petrol, Bank. Everything is right here. WE need to market Harmony
Customs with the suburb or harmony.
c. Safety. We need a head of security who knows all elements and works with you to
use all tactics needed to make the area of harmony a safe space / neutral zone for
everyone. Trust me you need a people person here, not a trigger happy ex-con.

2. Who are going to come? How do we cater to them?

a. People involved in suspicious activities. They don't want to be questions on
what they are upto. They need to be given a proper silent service. Speak when
spoken to. Make them feel that this is the quickest service they can get. But
attempts should be made to find out what they need.
b. Long distance travellers. They might need food. Ask them if they need food.
Surprise those cribbing about food.
c. EMS. They should be able to ask us for emergency services

3. Employees should be dedicated and not be trouble to our customers

a. A mix of interesting people who know how to deal with different kind of people.

We need to make Route 68, harmony customs and just the surrounding area the most
professional outfit in the entire state of San Andreas. We should never be
clamoring for supplies, we should never look rushed, we should never hire active
criminals and we are going to make everything great again.

About me:

Ex-driver of a gangster, know how to drive really well, but not much techinally
about the car. I left my former city because I wanted a change, I wanted to move a
little away from the violence, but not too away from it as well. I am confident in
situations, never rash. I am professional. I do what I say. I can manage people
well and I also have a very good slacker filter at work. I know money is important,
but I would never do something for money short term that has a bearing on my life
