1.What is the most important quality of an employee?

. Cea mai importanta calitate pe care un angajat ar trebui sa o aiba este implicarea, deoarece nici-un
angajator nu-si va putea permite sa mentina pe termen lung un angajat care nu da rezultate sau care nu
se implica in diverse activitati.

2.Describe the ideal job for you.

Police officers are true protectors of a community. They spend their lives serving and protecting
humanity.

I have looked at different kinds of websites for different types of police careers. Their duties are
different, but their main goals are the same: to serve our country in many ways and protect our people-
they are all our heroes.

That is why I want to be a police officer to spend all my life protecting people and serving humanity, to
protect good from evil, to protect people who are in need, and make sure everyone is safe and following
the rules and laws of our country.

1.Where would you like to work? Why?

Domeniul in care mi-ar place sa lucrez este in cea de politist, deoarece presupune
o responsabilitate,dar si un devotament de care pot da dovada.In aceasta meserie
trebuie sa ajuti oamenii, sa protejezi binele de rau, dar si sa te asiguri ca sunt
respectate legile din tara ta.

2.Describe your plans for the future.

Most people have their future plans, dreams, things which they want to realize
some day. Everyone dreams about interesting and satisfactory job with good
salary, loving family, beautiful house and many friends. Future plans are often an
escape from usual live for us.

I want to live in Bucharest or Cluj in the future. I think that living in a big city is
interesting and very comfortable because there are many means of transport, a
lot of museums, theatres, cinemas where you can go in your spare time. . In big
city there are many sorts of entertainment and you can meet a lot of people.
There are many good schools, when your children may be well-educated.

When I collect enough money I will travel to other countries. I have always
dreamt about going to England or the USA. I also would like to go to Japan – when
I could know modern technology and Egypt – where I want to visit old buildings
and monuments which are some thousand years old.

I hope these plans will become feasible in the future.

Eu cred ca plecarea in strainatate nu reprezinta o solutie pentru a te dezvolta.Plecarea in strainatate

presupune sacrificii mult prea mari pentru ceea ce primesti .Cu multa munca, te poti dezvolta pe plan
profesional si in tara noastra .

2. Describe the responsabilities you have in your company.

Din punctul meu de vedere, cele mai importante responsabilitati pe care ar trebui sa le aiba un lider sunt

In primul rand, trebuie sa ai incredere in experienta si fortele proprii. Ca să poți duce în

spate o companie, ai nevoie de o experiență bogată de succese și insuccese în lupta
cu provocări complexe, complicate, intense și reale. Felul în care ai depășit
momentele grele cu care te-ai confruntat te ajută să nu te ascunzi sub birou când dai
de greu, să nu ignori adevărul atunci când este incomod și să știi că trebuie să
găsești soluții, nu vinovați.
In al doilea rand, acesta trebuie sa-si formeze o echipa de incredere. Dincolo de
intuiţia necesară pentru a alege cei mai buni angajați pe care şi-i poate permite în
limita bugetelor, un CEO bun vede de ce anume tip de oameni are nevoie pentru a
construi o echipă multidisciplinară în stare să livreze rezultatele așteptate.
Acestea ar trebui sa fie din punctual meu de vedere principalele atributii ale unui
lider.
