 I can show my commitment to public interest by giving a quality and honest

performance in my work.
As a public servant I must use office supplies efficiently and avoid wastage of it.
Avoid using government vehicles for personal use, this does not limit on these but
also as to the use of the machines and equipment in the office, like the photocopier,
use it only within the workplace usage and not for personal consumption.
Few people misunderstand the meaning of servicing the public, which simply means
serving for the good and the welfare of the community.
Showing my commitment to public interest is like showing how you love and how you
respect your work.
 Being professional on the job, ensures a positive first impression, successful
interpersonal relationships and lasting reputation. The main factors of the job
professionalism includes time management, effective communication, enthusiasm,
assignment delivery and appropriate attire.
Be productive all the time, using my time productively at work focus on my job

image, project a professional presence and dress appropriately in my work. Manage
my time efficiently establish priorities, set goals, and create action plans to meet

behaving ethically at all times.
 For me it is our responsibility to do our job with sincerity and keeping up professional
practice and ethics in the public office. This will eventually lead to reasonable and
fully unbiased decision-making and creating a good and balanced workplace. So one
way of putting into practice political neutrality is by not siding or discriminating
against any parties. We have our own political views but I think I or we should be
very careful of what to say or what we posted in our social media accounts it’s better
to “think before you click”. We as an ordinary people we should respect each in
everyone choice.
 To share my experience I want to say that if there is not correct in terms of managing
in your office you need to open it in your workmate or in your supervisor you need to
know what is right and what is wrong.
 I remember when I am new in my work many times that test my honesty example
when it is office hours but you like to browse in social media, but I know in my mind
that it is not correct or good habit, I need to work in order to finish the things that I
need to finish.
 To show justness and sincerity is very simple you need to be fair to all no matter
what is the status of that person, especially in the poor your need to trait them how
you trait the rich people you need to feel them that they are welcome that they are
not other people, trait them equally show them love and kindness.
 There are many ways on how I can show responsiveness to the public. One way is
to act promptly on client’s requests. I won’t keep them wait for too long. I should
more polite and patients. To gain respected by the people and my colleagues is by
being polite and respectful also to them. Patience and tolerance are also vital in
dealing with people. Being able to understand other people’s feelings is also a great
skill, which will enable to be more tolerant of their behavior and eventually serve
them affectively. Being responsive to the public will create connections or good
relationships to them regardless of their age, race, and religion, economic and social
status.

you invest your time in things that don’t hold meaning to you it will be hard to be
