1, What do you think is the retirement age for men and women?

In this society, women spend less years working, have lower pension scheme, but they live longer than
men.

I suppose that it may lead to retirement gender gap and unfainess.

The five-year gap in retirement ages between male and female in VN was built upon the mindset that
women were weaker and needed protecting.

Therefore, women should have the rights to retire whenever they want.

2, What kinds of qualities do people need to run their own business?

-They should be objective If something isn’t working you need to face up to it, react and find a fix.
Mistakes will happen from time to time so they need to have the whole look about their business so that
they could improve their own business.

-When their business have difficulties, they must be optimistic to motivate their staff in order to get the
best out of them and improve productivity

3, What do you think are the key factors that contribute to the success of a business?

-The first thing springs to my mind is a solid plan. Once a direction is settle upon, all the staff will have a
clear understanding about where the business is going in order to be successful.
- Optimism: of course, when running a business, they have to undergo so many challenges. Therefore
being optimistic may be one of the most crucial factors to gain the success.

If they are optimistic and have a trust in themselves, they will influence their colleges, their staff to keep
their chins up.

4, If you had the opportunity to have your own business, what business would it be? Why?

Well, you know, I’m a slave to fashion so if I were able to run my own business, it would be a fashion
company. I would love to design my own outfits and engage in the process of manufacturing and
marketing. I think that it would be awesome to run a fashion house like Chanel, YSL and be the trend
setter. If I can, I could be non-profit business because I just want to contribute to the society and it make
me feel happy.

You know, I have always dream to be a boss of a fashion house just because I want to design and make
clothes for my beloved ones. And recently, I’m trying all day long to make that dream become true one
day.

1, Why are people friendly with the person they don’t like?

I think the main reason is that they do not want the person to know that they don’t like him. People feel
they might need a favor from the person in the future and if the person knows that they don’t like him,
it’s kinda hard for them to ask that person for help in the future.
On top of that, I suppose that they don’t want to engage in any trouble because they would like to
spend their time on another things rather than having an argument or a conflict with the person they
don’t like.

2, What kinds of people are usually friendly?

From my perspective, people who work with the public are usually have a sense of hospitality. Because
they have to communicate and working together with a great number of people so they have no choice
but to be friendly if they don’t want to engage in any problems.

I also believe that people in rural areas tend to be friendlier than urban areas, but that is just because of
the fast-paced and stressful life in cities.

3, What are the differences between being friendly and being polite?

Friendlyness refers to a characteristic of the person while politeness refers the behavior of the person in
interacting with others.

+For me, a person that does not cause any discomfort is a polite person. They don’t need to do anything
to be a well-manner person more than smiling and tolerating others.

+On the other hand, a friendly person is always willing to give people a hand when they are in need. He
tend to actively help people hole-heartedly and doesn’t need the others to pay back.

4, What do you think of the people who are always straightforward?

I think these people are actually the best people in the world for one can always expect an honest
answer from them.

They can’t tell lies even it’s just a white lie because they want to be guild-free and hate talk behind
someone back.

However, I also believe that it is nearly impossible to be straightforward all the time.
1, Do you think children are born smart or they learn to become smart?

In my opinion, some children are innately more intelligent than others. However, I believe that with
guidance from teachers and family children can be taught to be smart.

Even when they have a high intelligence quotient, if they don’t receive care and guidance, I suppose that
it’s kinda hard for them to be smart. Cleverness is something that one must have to deal with difficult
situations in life, so they should practice to sharpen their mind rather than rely on aptitude.

2, How do children become smart at school?

The first thing comes to my mind is that they should practice more because practice makes progress.

-Children could become smart at school by listening to the teachers, interacting with their peers, and
doing their studies diligently. When they put so much time and effort into studying, of course, they will
sharpen their mind and become smarter.

3, Why are some people well-rounded and others only good at one thing?

Some people are naturally curious to learn a lot of things and so they become well-rounded. They would
like to venture out and step out of their comfort zones to experience new things.

However, others try to master one kill in one specific field and become proficient in that.

4, Why does modern society need talents of all kinds?

-Modern society needs talent of all kinds because everyone cannot be proficient in all the things.
-To have a harmonious society there has to be a mix of people with different talents so that they can
work together for the benefit of the whole society.

Eg: gifted footballer also needs a highly skilled doctor for intensive treatment in case of injuries.
