Im young and i live whit my parents and my brothers, and i enjoy to

work , i have worked since a have memory doing diferents thing for
example, go to sale tranditional candy whit my parents at all the
markets in diferents towns, for example in san lucas market, antigua
guatemala, chimaltenango, tecpan, even in the waterpark at Jutiapa, I
recommend that you visit that place because the atmosphere is very
pleasant, the water is very crystal clear. and inside the cave there are
little bats and i have worked as a cashier, designer,and community
manager at mon platin and was there i learnd about costumer servicer
and how deal whit angry costumers by their products they purchased,
so i had the responsibility to guied the client step by step to pick the
item ideal for him, I was in charge of tracking their order, if the
shipping area was near or in some department of the country and if
there was any problem with the shipment, I tried to solve it quickly so
that the customer does not get angry I worked in the logistics area with
cargo expres , guatex and motorcyclists, the latter only if the delivery
area was close to us. and thats why i can say that i will be a great
agent for your company because i have a lot experience in costumer
service by face to face, chats or calls

First of all, keep calm, organize my mind, think about what the
problem is here and try to solve it calmly, so that this problem does not
affect my other responsibilities during the day or my life and thus I can
continue with my day to day in an organized way and without
problems of excess stress

First of all I listen to the client about the problem he has after that I
apologize for the problem and tell him that I am here to support him in
everything he needs and I always try to be a very friendly agent with
him and so that we can find a solution to their problem in an effective
and fast way, since they often do not like to spend a lot of time on the
phone line, so I always try to be calm to be able to do my work in an
organized way and thus be able to satisfy the client's needs.

that after trying hard I finally managed to be a successful person and a
great example for my sisters

Tell about a difficult situation with an angry customer.

It was when I was working on mon platin and the customer called to
indicate that his order had not arrived, he was screaming so I just
listened to him and waited for him to calm down, I listened to the
customer and told him that his delivery was delayed by bad weather
and all the president's restrictions, so I gave him a big discount on the
next purchase and free shipping to apoligize to him by the issue

by 6 months i hope will have bought my first car, really i hope buy a

because i dont have too long call center experience i could accept a
salary starting about five thousand plus bonus or benefits

in fact not, but i had worked at mon platin supporting in the areas of
