"I know that this job, like many others, has many responsibilities. As a cashier, I handle other people's money, accept credit card payments, pack expensive merchandise, and deposit the day's earnings in the bank safe. To cope with stress, I focus on doing one task at a time so that I don't feel overwhelmed and make mistakes. I manage my time by prioritizing the most important tasks and ensuring that I complete those first. This method helps me make sure those tasks have my full attention and energy. If I start to feel overwhelmed, I ask a partner to cover me for a moment and take a few minutes to clear myself. I am currently head of maintenance, I lead a team of technicians, my responsibilities are to generate the preventive and predictive maintenance schedule, support different areas of the company and attend external personnel and spare parts suppliers
