I am very good at communicating and understanding how others

feel. As a customer service representative, I know how important
it is to listen to customer concerns and respond with empathy. I

at the moment I am looking for economic, work and family stability, I believe that the company
can give me what I am looking for, also an opportunity to learn and show my skills.

4. What is your greatest weakness?

When I work on multiple projects, I am often disorganized. This
can cause me to take longer to finish a project and impede my
productivity. Because I jump from one task to another, and I work
quickly, I leave the cleaning until the end of the day in order to
compensate. However, sometimes I take longer to find a paper I
need or a tool because it's hidden under other things. To combat
this, I have used organizational strategies that help me be more
efficient. I've learned how to fix this by creating lists on post-it
notes so that I can complete all my tasks quickly. I'm also training
to clean my workspace between each activity. This helps me to be
more efficient. I know I still have work to do, but these small steps
have made me a stronger employee."
What do you do to manage stress?
"I know that this job, like many others, has many responsibilities.
As a cashier, I handle other people's money, accept credit card
payments, pack expensive merchandise, and deposit the day's
earnings in the bank safe. To cope with stress, I focus on doing
one task at a time so that I don't feel overwhelmed and make
mistakes. I manage my time by prioritizing the most important
tasks and ensuring that I complete those first. This method helps
me make sure those tasks have my full attention and energy. If I
start to feel overwhelmed, I ask a partner to cover me for a
moment and take a few minutes to clear myself. I also use
focused breathing to help me manage stress and maintain my
composure while working with clients. I also keep a positive
mentality and remember that the reason I love this job is that I get
to help others. When I'm at work, my responsibilities come first."

my family is composed of my 2 children and my wife, we actually live in

Mosaquera Cunidinamarca, we are very close we like to share time and do
many things together, such as going to the movies playing tennis and
studying together. My hobbies are, play tennis, read books and share time
with my family.

I learned English initially in school, then when I did my technical studies I was
certified in technical English, then in the professional career I was certified in
English level B1
Where do you live?
I live in mosquera cundinamarca, I have been living there for about 8 years, it
is a very quiet and beautiful town to live with the family

what do you do in your current job?

I am currently head of maintenance, I lead a team of technicians, my
responsibilities are to generate the preventive and predictive maintenance
schedule, support different areas of the company and attend external
personnel and spare parts suppliers
