II- Rationale.

This time of Pandemic many of our barangay constituents experiences financial crisis its an
opportunity to our barangay that we have given the chance to avail the cash for work program of
our Municipality to give extra income to our selected low income families, for them to earn and to
sustain their daily needs. Making community garden will help them improved access to food and it
will provide numerous health benifets.

III. Objectives:

1. Provide temporary income to our Barangay Constituents for them to sustain their daily needs.
2. Improved access to food and gain healthy body.
3. Encourage Community participation in our Barangay.
Project beneficiaries.

Thirty (30) bonafide resident of Barangay Pulanglupa, Mlang, Cotabato.

Scope of Work (please see attached picture)

4. Cleaning the proposed Garden Site—3 days

5. Making cultivated plots ---5 days
6. Planting vegetables seedlings—2 days
