INTRODUCTION
I. BACKGROUND
The market is one of a variety of systems, institutions, procedures, social
relations and infrastructures whereby businesses sell goods, services and labor to
people in exchange for money. In mainstream economics, the concept of the
market is any structure that allows buyers and sellers for the exchange of goods,
services and information. The exchange of goods or services for money is a
transaction.
There are two roles in markets, buyers and sellers. The market facilitates
trade and enables the distribution and allocation of resources in society.
According to the classification, market consists of Traditional and Modern
Market Market. The traditional market is a meeting place for sellers and buyers
and sellers transactions characterized by the buyer directly and there is usually a
process of bargaining. The building usually consists of stalls or booths, stalls and

3. To determine the strategies in taking a business opportunity.

Date : March 10, 2012.
Time : 11:32 to 14:55 pm.
Location of survey : Terminal Market - Station Depok, West Java.
Objects in the survey: children and adult clothing, handbags, shoes, nightgowns,
Muslim dress and veil, dolls, accessories, housewares, food needs.
Survey method: direct interview.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Conclusion
Terminal Market-Depok Station located along the road connecting the
terminal station and Depok has a variety of advantages that can be used as an
opportunity to open a business there. Diperjualkan product by the seller in the market
Terminal- Depok Station is a variety of food and clothing.
Factors influencing market opportunities in Gurgaon can be seen from various
aspects, among others, aspects of the product, the location, line of business, product
origin, and profits. So, if we want to open a business in Depok Station Terminal
Market, chances are pretty big. However, there are some constraints in terms of
location and facilities are inadequate.
Suggestion
To increase the odds, it is expected that the various stakeholders can improve
