MANAGEMENT STUDIES, BANDRA-WEST, MUMBAI and studying in

your reputed institution for the academic year of 2014 to 2016.

I further state that my total fees Rs.2,05,000/- (Rupees Two

Lakhs Five thousand Only) is pending I will pay within one month

from the date of this execution of Affidavit.

I further also state that if I fail to pay the fees to the institution

within the prescribed time limit the institution can take any legal

action against me.
