I was made aware of the faults on the vehicle and I choose to purchase the vehicle with its faults at my own will.
The difference between the actual price and discount price of the motor vehicle is given to secure any defects which the client will pay for from the
discount given. I agree to accept that the vehicle being a used vehicle has the wear and tear that accords with the vehicle with this age and mileage. I
have no expectations that the vehicle can or will compare with a new vehicle. Sold with no duty to repair.
Ownership of the vehicle shall remain with the titleholder until full payment has been affected.

There are no understandings, agreements, warranties, or representations, verbal or written, not specified herein respecting the purchase of the vehicle.
The client was not under any duress or other forcible obligations or actions to sign this agreement. I am satisfied with the vehicle I purchased. I have no
claims against Al Qaswa Motors.
