AFFIDAVIT

I, GEOMAICA SALVADOR, of legal age, with office address at Clubhouse, Solana

Country Homes, Brgy. San Isidro, Bacolor, Pampanga, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I am employed as office clerk of Solana Country Homes Homeowners’

Association, Inc. (SCHHAI), a duly registered organization existing in
accordance with Philippine laws;
2. That one of my basic duties and responsibilities in my work is to receive
documents/papers, reports, etc. in behalf of the SCHHAI;
3. That sometime around a week or 2 weeks ago, I was asked by Ms. Bless Hilda
Sicat if I have received a copy of the election returns from the Election
Committee for the record of the SCHHAI;
4. That I have prepared this statement to certify that I have not received any copy
of the said election returns from any member of the Election Committee.
