It has come to my attention that last 04 March 2023 General Assembly, the BODs are accusing the
previous officers of violating the Anti Wire Tapping Law because of the CCTV in the clubhouse. Ms. Sicat
even mentioned that we are getting information through the said CCTV. May I ask if you even have proof
or logs to say that we are still connected to the said CCTV?

For the record, we are not insane to monitor the clubhouse or anyone. We are busy with work and have
no time to waste on such acts you are falsely accusing us of. We are not in the habit of violating the law
and rules on decency and decorum.

Please know that falsely accusing someone of committing an unlawful act is punishable under the
Revised Penal Code which provides that LIBEL is the public and malicious imputation of a crime, or of a
vice or defect, real or imaginary, or any act, omission, condition, status or circumstance tending to cause
the dishonor, discredit, or contempt of a natural or juridical person.

Please be informed that last 24 February 2023, we made the turnover. I mentioned to Ms. Sicat that the
CCTV in the clubhouse is set to be accessible using the computer and password that can be found over
the internet by default if you will search for it in the internet. I also told her that the software for the said
CCTV is not working/compatible to the Nokia service phone we have in the office. This conversation was
heard by others present during the turnover, including Ms. Mary Ann Pangan and Ms. Maica, since they
are the ones standing in front of us when I was conversing with Ms. Sicat. Sadly, it seems like Ms. Sicat
forgot about the said conversation or she may have recalled it but failed to appreciate what I told her.

If you need access to the said CCTV, all you need to do is go to google.com and search for the name of
the CCTV which is clearly indicated in the box (kept in the storage room) and to the physical CCTV itself.
