INTRODUCTION
Supervision is an essential & an
important aspect of administration in
every field. It is one of the function of
administration. When the administrator
has prepared a plan, It has to be
implemented.
The whole situation calls for
directing, coordinating, telling &
controlling the workers. The workers
need to be motivated.

Supervision is the art of overseeing ,

which the leader / manager takes
responsibility.
