1. Section IV. Proposal and Submission Information, Paragraph D, Proposal Due Date and
Time, is changed to read as follows:

and time of this FOA is “late” and will not be considered except at the Agreements Officer’s
discretion.

NOTE: Intent to Propose: Offerors that anticipate submitting a proposal are requested to
submit an e-mail to Cathie Stropki, Agreements Negotiator, at Catherine.stropki.1@us.af.mil
containing the name of the recipient, the POC, and the recipient’s intent to submit a proposal.
This “Intent to Propose” is requested by 27 Apr 2015, 4:00 p.m. Local Time.
