Reference to the above stated subject, we would like to follow up our pending Material Request for
Approval for Electrical, Plumbing Sanitary and Fire Protection System. The delay of the Request for
Approval’s will seriously affect the schedule of procurement and delivery of the materials.
Furthermore, it will delay the progress of the project and timely accomplishments will not be followed
due to delayed installations which is caused by the delayed procurement and delivery of materials. On
time procurement and delivery of materials will help on ensuring the quality and early submission of
the project.

Herewith is the history and master list of the Materials Request for Approval for Electrical, Plumbing
Sanitary and Fire Protection System.
