Senora McPherson teaches multiple Spanish classes at Ripon High. While she originally studied chemistry, she ended up majoring in linguistics and minoring in Spanish after her passions changed. Ripon High, and is currently teaching Spanish 3, Spanish heritage, AP Spanish Language, AP Spanish Literature, among other classes. Senora originally was studying chemistry at UC Santa Barbara, but along the way her passions changed and she ended up majoring in linguistics and minoring in Spanish in UC San Diego. Spanish has always had a significant influence over her life even growing up. As a cross country coach and track coach, Senora's life is busy, but she finds ways to slow down, typically in the mornings when she has her tea and mentally prepares for the day.
