REACTION PAPER ON SALES CONFERENCE

February 1, 2019 was the annual sales conference for all Sales representative,
held at EMB function hall, Bacolod City.The said conference was lead by Assistant
Operation Ms. Mel Dianne N. Uy, Gabriel Rofher Hinolan and with especial participation
of COO Mr. Christopher “Popoy” Jamero, Donald M. Jamero. Reviewed the sales
performance last 2018 and presented strategic plan for 2019. And emphasized the
annual target of 449 accounts to be reach if possible on the month of October 2019. A
new strategic plan was discussed and these were:

1. How to achieve the target for the year.

2. Branches with low income
3. Factors contributing to the problem
4. Alternative courses of action
5. Action Plan

After the presentation, this was followed by games. Every Sales Rep. was given
the chance to participate. The conference ended with everybody really enjoyed. I am
very thankful to the Management of EMB for this annual conference because this
inspires me to do my job as I go back to my branch and work in my field. And thank you
for the Bonus Bag.
