What is AI
• Artificial Intelligence is the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines,
especially computer systems. In short, AI is the power of machine that copy of human
intelligent behavior.
A brief history
• In 1950 English mathematician Alan Turing wrote a landmark paper titled “Computing
Machinery and Intelligence” that asked the question: “Can machines think?”
• Further work came out of a 1956 workshop at Dartmouth sponsored by John McCarthy.
In the proposal for that workshop, he coined the phrase a “study of Artificial
Intelligence”
AI and robotics
• Artificial Intelligence and Robotics are two related but entirely different fields.
Robotics involves the creation of robots to perform tasks without further intervention,
while AI is how systems emulate the human mind to make decisions and learn.
AI today
• For now, there are many technologies that use AI. The simplest example in our life, voice
assistants, image recognition for face unlock in cellphones, Siri on Iphone, self driving
cars, etc. This shows that how we widely use AI today.
AI tomorrow
• The future of AI is promising, with continuous advancements in machine learning ,
natural language processing , and computer vision. AI will enhance various industries and
transform the way we live and work.
Conclusion
• Finally we can say Artificial Intelligence and the technology are one side of the life that
always interest and surprise us with the new ideas, topics, innovations, products …etc
