    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

    To undergo training in your organization with the understanding that：

    (a) The training shall involve no compensation to the student trainee;

    (b) The signed Practice Teaching Agreement does not equate with employment
    contract;

    (c) The organization is not obligated to hire the student trainee after his/her training;

    (d) The organization bears no legal liability for incidents occurred beyond human
    control;

    (e) The student trainee is obliged to properly respond to the requirements of the
    organization during the training;

    (f) The undersigned holds rights to revoke this waiver.
