APPLICANT’S PLEDGE:

2. That any willful violation on my part of Club’s Policies and regulation and / or breach of golf etiquette will be
sufficient cause for the suspension orcancellation of my playing privileges.

refundable non-transferable even in the event or any unforseen circumstance.

not limited to Cabinet Members, Members of Congress, Members of Senate, Justices of Supreme Court,
Court of Appeals, Sandiganbayan,Members of the Diplomat Corps., Q.C., Mayor, his Vice Mayor /
