Accompanying guests -  a guest who shares a room with another guest but does not need
their own folio.
2. Advance check-in - In addition to allowing visitors to post charges to their reservation
folio in advance of check-in, this aids the team in scheduling and cleaning the rooms. can
also accommodate one or more guests.
3. Additional rooms - This box allows you to specify which rooms should be included in the
generation of the key along with the reservation room. it can be customized to display the
room numbers that were chosen when the new key for that reservation and room number
was produced.
4. Billing window - By using predefined routing instructions, billing windows can be used
to divide posted transactions or assign several payees to a single reservation. A
reservation may have up to eight billing windows, each of which may be associated with
a distinct payment option and recipient.
5. Business date - The date for the OPERA property business.
6. ETA - means the expected time of arrival of the guests for their reservation and it is
updated when the guests arrive.
7. ETR - means the estimated time of the return of the guests,  enter the estimated time of
return, and comment. If none, then click Cancel to close the screen.
8. Folio -  is like a receipt, overall transactions that allow you to specify customizing
options when you are printing or previewing a folio. 
9. Mass check-in -  makes it simple to check in multiple reservations for visitors who are
scheduled to arrive on the property's current business date and (optionally) create their
registration cards and room keys. you can check for each property you have access to if
you are logged in to a hub, rather than having to check in and out of each property
individually.
10. Pre-arrival reservation -  booking whose arrival date is more than one day before. all of
the guest’s information to finish the registration process is collected, including
authorizing the guest's credit card for the reservation
