Quality Management

Model Sprinter
Fuel Diesel
Floor
Ambulance Flooring is isolated with polyurethane foam material then covered with marine-grade
plywood and heavy-duty vinyl. Vinyl is anti-slip, anti-static, and liquid-proof characteristics.
Insulation
The entire ambulance body, sides, and roof of the patient compartment fully isolated by insulating
material to enhance the cabinet environment, sound (noise), and air-conditioning criteria.
Interior Finishing
Ambulance interior is made of moulded glass-
fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) panels with
constant thickness and uniform manner
throughout the artefact, in white finish.
Bulkhead
A partition wall between driver and patient compartment made of glass-fibre reinforce plastic (GRP)
white finish. One window fitted on bulkhead to allow a direct visual contact with driver and secured
against self-opening, full cover with frosty sticker
Oxygen Cabinet
A glass-fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) Oxygen Cabinet is integrated to
wall located at rear street-side to accommodate two 48 ft³ oxygen
cylinders. Access window fitted on cabinet door to ease access the
oxygen knob.
Attendant Seat
Two flip-up foldable Attendant Seat, ergonomically correct seat back, minimise neck and back injuries
with the extra headrest. Features below:
Cover with easy clean vinyl upholstery
Seats are rotatable
Windows
Windows (if available) will provide with ‘frosty-effect sticker’ for privacy in the patient compartment.
Handrails/Handholds
Ceiling grab rails will provide, and grab handle on rear and side entrances.
Intravenous Holder
Two IV Hooks provided on ceiling above patient.

All circuits are wired with high temperature resistant PVC insulated thin wall Automotive Cables with
Electrolytic grade bare annealed bunched Copper Conductors are insulated with a PVC compound
(FLRY-B cables as per DIN 72551 Part 6 for temperature range from -40 °C to 105 °C).
In addition to the standard electrical system of the vehicle in accordance with international and local
traffic regulations, the following are part of the conversion:

electrolytic grade bare annealed bunched Copper conductors are insulated with a PVC compound
(FLRY-B cables for extreme temperatures.
Light-Bar
One LED Light-Bar (Red / Blue), mounted on the cabin roof at the front.
Scene Lights
Six LED Clear Scene Lamps mounted at the upper-level body corners – two on each side and two at
rear

Two LED strip-lights white colour – one on each side

8. MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
Two ABC dry chemical powder (DCP) minimum 2 kg (5 lb.) unit Fire Extinguisher, in a
quick-release bracket. One mounted in the driver/cab compartment or in the body
reachable from outside the vehicle and one in the patient compartment. (NAFFCO).
‘No Smoking’, ‘Fasten Seat Belt’ and ‘Mind Your Head’ signs are provided in clearly
visible areas inside the ambulance.
Tests
All acceptance tests are conducted at our factory works prior to delivery.
Quality Control
Our quality system procedures, for all processes, conform to the requirements of ISO 9001 and AS
9100 standards. Our quality management system is approved by DQS Inc.
Important Notes:
1. NAFFCO reserves the right to introduce minor changes to improve operational and performance
related aspects of the vehicle and if also necessary to supply equivalent equipment/components if
they should become unavailable or obsolete.
2. Pictures and unit locations if any are presented based on similar vehicle for reference purpose only.
Actual units may differ.
3. All Oxygen Cylinders / tanks will be shipped empty.
4. Client supplied equipment if any should be supplied with suitable bracket / mounting / fastener,
related accessories as applicable.
5. Only provision space will be provided for the client supplied Equipment if any whichever that can
be accommodated in the vehicle.
