 At the beginning of the 18th century in a village of Dorians, France called Gomic

The person they approached was Don Muñiz, who was the owner of the biggest

Already with a well-established business in the region nice to return to take roles

they would obtain more benefits if they fulfilled them, this impelled them individually to be
more productive, Willy in the economic area and Monic in the sales. So much was the
control and domain of the business that Willy began to be a little manipulative with the
money, he did not want to spend more in luxuries and wanted to keep all the money for
himself, this was bothering Monic, since she was an important pillar in the structure of the
business, because she made all the sales and the sales of the essences.
She started talking to Willy. She began to talk to Willy, he told her that they would
not spend more, Monic replied that they would not spend more on luxuries, now they
would only focus on the development of their children, Willy accepted.
Everything was so successful and good that everything reached a fullness in the

members of the family, the young ones stayed with Monic, and Willy went home, at
random.
With what they learned from the business, each one began to develop as a seller of
fragrances, they began to compete with each other, as each one had some differences of
vision within the work environment how Willy began to make his business with his
customers in stores, offering many accessible and low cost products to sell in mass internet

clients accepted the competences of both, Willy and Monic were filling the entire lagoon
region with an unparalleled scent.
The youngsters continued to grow and became more and more involved in the
family business, where they performed many tasks, such as taking inventories, learning
about the brands and differences in fragrances that existed in the environment. Their
children began to feel more confident in the business and talked to their mother to see if
they could work independently. Monic replied that they were not yet ready and decided to
keep them at work, the children respected and accepted her decision, since they know that

work independently.

convinced to continue in sales, because he wanted to contribute a little more within the
business, he did not feel full and happy with what he was doing.
They began to enter into other types of sales, the sons realized that they could cover
some more areas, in addition to the essences. They decided to sell furs and handbags, which
was well accepted by their customer base, until the Monic's said that it was forbidden to sell
products that had been derived or tested on any animal, this to support the 14 principles of
management, since the perfumery and their business could not be involved in regulatory
problems, because all the merchandise has been brought in without paying taxes. Showing

arrived with his family, wanting to introduce her to the business, in order to obtain benefits
from it as well.
The bureaucratic system of the lagoon detected the entrance of another external

that had been created by the empire of perfumes.

suggest to Monic and Willy to positively exploit the gold mine, creating and selling the
gold to manufacture it, this could make it acquire a lot of value, since the labor gives an
immense added value to a product. They decided to create more gold product, until one day

would have to finance the reconstruction. From this they decided to end the other deals,

many circumstances that have led them to try to take other market channels, the one that
