Is it better to live in a house or in an apartment? Why? Provide solid

reasons and specific examples.

In my opinion, living in an apartment is better than living in a house. One of

the top reasons to move into an apartment is the ease of maintenance. When you
don’t have to worry about maintaining the property. In addition to this, many
apartment complexes have gated communities, controlled access, security cameras,
and extra fire protection. Research shows that it is more convenient to buy
apartments, which have particular security. While many people argue that apartment
rent is sometimes higher than a mortgage payment, they’re not looking at the big
picture. What's more, along with the financial benefits of apartment living comes the
opportunity to save for the future. Specialists say that living in an apartment helps
save public space. In conclusion, living in an apartment has many advantages, it is
cheaper, safer and cheaper.
