Error Message: “Error Code 40959 - EST Winflash.”

Please see below the resolution steps for EST Winflash error code 40959

1. Click ‘Don’t Send’ on the Microsoft message


2. Open My Computer
3.Navigate to C:\Program Files\TIPSS\Electronic Service Tool folder
4. Double click “j1939off.reg” file
5. Click Yes to the following message
“Are you sure you want to add the information in C:\ProgramFiles\TIPSS\Electronic
Service Tool\j1939off.reg to the registry?”
6. Click OK to the following message:
“Information in C:\ProgramFiles\TIPSS\Electronic Service Tool\j1939off.reg as been
successfully entered into the registry.”
7. Try to flash the ECM again.
