Nasuli Spring Resort
Nasuli Cold Spring is a freshwater lagoon located at Brgy. Bangcud, Malaybalay,
Bukidnon, which is only 2 hours away from Cagayan de Oro City. This cold spring is a
famous picnic spot in Malaybalay and is frequently visited by locals and tourists for a
quick and cool getaway. Nasuli Cold Spring is 15 kilometers away from the city proper
of Malaybalay. ENTRANCE FEE is only worth 75 pesos and cottage rentals range from
200 to 800 pesos!

Goals and Objective for Tourism Development

 Preservation and Protection of the Natural Environment, Natural Resources, and


Local Community's Cultural Heritage: Sustainable tourism development aims to
protect the natural environment, natural resources, and local community's cultural
heritage for a longer period of time so that the fullest possible use of the
resources is possible.
 Supplying the basic needs of the local community and improving living
conditions: Sustainable tourism development also takes care of the needs of the
locals in a specific area, helps to increase their income levels, and further aids in
improving the standards of the host community.
 Creating an environment that encourages investment will help local communities
by generating income and employment. Sustainable tourism development also
emphasizes opportunities for fostering an environment that encourages
investment, which will help local communities by fostering opportunities for
employment.
 Increasing environmental consciousness among travelers, employees, and local
communities is a key component of sustainable tourism development. This
awareness is raised through a variety of programs targeted at travelers from all
over the world as well as employees, stakeholders, and local communities
involved in tourism activities in various regions of the world.
