RESOLUTION NO. 05 SERIES of 2022

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BARANGAY DATU PANAS DISASTER RISK

REDUCTION PLAN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2023

WHEREAS, the Barangay Datu Panas Risk Reduction and Management Plan is the basis of the
projects to be undertaken by the Sangguniang Barangay.

WHEREAS, that, the Implementation of the projects is based on the budget stated in the Barangay
Development Council.

WHEREAS, the projects to be undertaken will be accomplished within the prescribed budget as prepared
in consonance to the Plans, Programs and Activities;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion by Mrs. Jen P. Cadorna, duly seconded it was;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approved and adopt the Barangay Datu Panas Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for the Fiscal Year 2023 of Barangay Datu
Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Barangay Datu Panas Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management Plan for the fiscal year 2023, be approved and appropriated, as follows;
