2. Identify and familiarize the different types of concoctions and their benefits.
3. Select the appropriate organic concoctions for certain plant deformities and
deficiencies.
4. Follow simple steps in the Concoction making process.( FFJ)

C. Presentation of the lesson

The teacher will proceed discussing the concept of Organic


concoction, types, Uses and application.
1. What is Organic Concoctions
It is the. replacement of chemical-based fertilizers,
pesticides, fungicides, repellants, chemical based. growth
enhancers, and other synthetic food ingredients for
animals and plants.
*Concoction-

 FPJ- FERMENTED PLANT JUICE.
 FFJ- FERMENTED FRUIT JUICE.

 FAA- Fish Amino Acid.
 KAA- kohol amino Acid.

 LABS- Lactic Acid Bacteria Serum.

 Prepare 1 kilo of ripe fruits and 1 kilo crude (brown
sugar/molasses or muscovado sugar). Suggested materials include:
banana, papaya, mango, jack fruit, star fruit, pumpkin, etc. (citrus
fruits are not recommended because of their acidic nature). Peel
the fruits and remove seeds if any. Finely slice or mash fruits and
place in a container with a ratio of 1 part fruit to 1 part crude sugar
or muscovado sugar then mix thoroughly. It is best to prepare in
the evening to prevent from flying insects. Cover with a clean
sheet of paper. Tie with a string and label indicating the date it was
prepared. Ferment for 7-10 days in a cool shaded place.

short explanation on the ratio and application.
