2020-21 mid-season release - Version 21.0.10 Released 2/15/2021 - Updated 3/16/2021

This mod installs a Full NCAA College conversion for DDSCB2021 only!
Many Thanks to Bloomington for his courts, all the beta testers and to Gary for a great College Game!

New this year!

1. New teams - Bellarimine, Dixie State, Tarleton State, UC-San Diego all added including coaches, logos, & courts.

2. Higher quality graphics for Players and their Card Jerseys.

3. Coaches overhauled. Now they will look like their real life counterpart and their suits will better match team
colors for head and assistants.

4. Added about 50 coaches Facegens to add more coach Look-a Likes (See #2). These will be used by the game to
generate new coach faces even when not using mod with coaches. They will be assigned randomly as normal when
not using an import with coaches.

5. Assistant coaches ratings now better match their real life based on as much info I could find. Hundreds of
Assistants will have ratings to simulate their real life counterpart.

6. Coaches available to hire has been overhauled to include real recent unemployed coaches.

7. Although a 2021 Final Four Court picture has not been released I did my best guess so I could include one. Will
update it once they show the actual court.

8. Added clickable index links to the instructions to make it easy to jump to what you need, such as Early Season
Tournament Naming.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Basic: Conferences, Teams are real and game created coaches (coaches change each start)

Conferences: Real conference names and teams placed in proper conferences.

Teams: All Team names use their real names, abbreviations, arenas and primary-secondary colors.

Logos: All conference, team and tournament logos are included.

Courts: All team and tournament courts included (Thanks to Bloomington for the bulk of the courts)

Team Player Portrait Jersey's: All updated to present day jersey colors. (Player cards)

On Court Jerseys: For all teams including some alternate jerseys. (2D game display)

Sounds: New music for Bracket Show, Tournament recap, Awards Show.

Trophies: Four trophies are included, NCAA, NIT, CBI, CIT.

Comprehensive: (includes above basic features plus)

Coaches: Real head coach names with real assistant names, real ages, and philosophies so teams play
their real life style. This year all Coaches will look similar to real life. The Assistant Coaches received a
major overhaul in ratings. Calipari & Coach K are top recruiters, Frank Martin will have a temper.
Everything for the coaches has been modified to be like their real-life playing styles, man D or zone,
press, tempo, to cheating. If they are on the hot seat in real life they are here too. The available coaches
to hire are real, you'll see Greg Marshall, Dan Majerle, Avery Johnson, and many other previous coaches
available in the hire screen.

Stats YS/NS: For coaches and teams. Included imports with (YS) or without (NS) stats. Stats are total
team and coaches won-loss, tournament achievements & coaching awards with a few others. There are
no year by year stats or player awards history to drill down because the real history is not there.
IMPORTS:
Import Naming convention.
Import-CnfTm, is real Conferences and Teams.
Import-CnfTmCoa, is real Conferences, Teams, and Coaches.
NS is no stats to start or YS is yes historical stats to start.

00_Import-CnfTm-Default
Same as 01_Import but uses default.db ratings for Current, Historical Prestige's, Academic and Facilities
ratings. This is a Basic mod. More info on this in Mod Info at end of this document.

HOW TO START AN ASSOCIATION WITH THE COLLEGE MOD:

1. Click "New Association" on opening game screen, in “Basic Game Setup” choose your type of
either Challenge/Sandbox/Multiplayer.
2. Enter file & association names, start year. Tournaments are NCAA/NIT/CBI/CIT in that order. If
you wish to use an association logo now is the time to use the "Browse" button. There are NCAA
logos are in the logo/assn folder named 1CM_1NCAA, 1CM_2NCAA & 1CM_3NCAA & so forth.
3. Then click "Association Settings" button and √ Check the "Use Custom File" box and the
requestor will open in the Import folder (should go there by default). Choose one of the 5 mod
imports you wish to start your game. File names are explained at the top of this page.
4. From there proceed as normal and create your coach and choose your job.
5. You should then be in the game with all you need for a NCAA college season.
6. Once you have started your association, I recommend you go to the GAME OPTIONS screen
(top left corner drop down menu) and change the early season tournaments as listed on the next
page. You must do this to have the correct real Tournament logos and courts.
7. Don't forget to click "SAVE TOURNAMENT CHANGES" with each one and save your association
afterwards or they will revert to default. You can go back to the game and under
TOURNAMNETS you can view to make sure you have entered all correctly. The most common
mistake is forgetting to click "SAVE TOURNAMENT CHANGES" once you enter the tournament
info.
EARLY SEASON TOURNAMENTS:
1. Coaches Classic = 2k Sports Classic and load the 1CM_2ksportsclassic logo then click SAVE
2. Preseason AIT = NIT Season Tip-Off and load 1CM_nitseasontipoff logo then click SAVE
3. Hawaiian Shootout = Maui Invitational and load 1CM_mauiinvitational logo then click SAVE
4. WS Midwest Invitational cannot be changed but it will be the Hall of Fame Classic.
5. Alaskan Classic = Advocare Invitational and load 1CM_advocareinvitational logo the click SAVE
6. Sunshine Shootout = Emerald Coast Classic and load 1CM_emeraldcoastclassic logo then click SAVE
7. Las Vegas Winter Jam = Las Vegas Invitational and load 1CM_lasvegasinvitational logo the click SAVE
8. JAG Holiday cannot be changed but will be the Las Vegas Classic
9. Tip-Off in Paradise = Paradise Jam Tournament and load 1CM_paradisejam logo then click SAVE
10. Fallen Heroes = Cancun Challenge and load 1CM_cancunchallenge logo then click SAVE
11. Palmetto Shootout = Charleston Classic and load 1CM_charlestonclassic logo then click SAVE
12. Golden State Classic = Wooden Legacy and load 1CM_woodenlegacy logo then click SAVE
13. Caribbean Challenge = Battle 4 Atlantis and load 1CM_battle4atlantis logo then click SAVE
14. Hoops For Troops = Diamond Head Classic and load 1CM_diamondheadclassic logo then click SAVE

If you follow the above the courts and logos will show up and you will have real tournaments. If you
forgot to do this you can go back to GAME OPTIONS and do it later in the association but I recommend it
before the tournaments start on November 13 if you want to see real Tournament names, logos and
courts for all the tournaments.

EXTRAS FOLDER:
The extra folder "C: Woverine Studios\ DDSCB2020\app\disk\imports" contains additional assn courts, a
couple of regular team courts I have created, and some assn logos. Some are new, some are older. They
are here for easy access if you want them. There are some older courts from Bloomington's mod incase
the need arises.

HELP
1. If you do not see the logos or imports then you most likely installed into the wrong location.

Please report any errors/bugs in the forum and I will make corrections and update the file when there
are enough to warrant an update.
VERSIONS:

Version 20.0.10 - 3/16/2021

1. Issue with all Ivy League plus Bethune Cookman and Maryland Eastern Shore teams exhibiting poor
stats when using "Real Coaches" import due to Offensive Focus rating not being set properly in the mod.
2. Changed Bellarmine Arena to Freedom Hall and correct capacity. Left court floor at Knights Hall in
game as Freedom Hall is generic court without any Bellarmine logo's.
3. Added more assistant coaches look a like faces and real ratings including all assistants for Missouri
Valley and Western Athletic Conferences completed.

Version 20.0.08 - 3/3/2021

Fix small issue on head coach rating for Offensive Focus rating. All head coaches & unemployed coaches
look-a-likes now complete as well as many assistants.

Added more coach facegens. All head coach look-a-likes now complete.

Fixed all Imports to work with Promotion/Relegation. Added more Facegens for coaches. Completed
look-a-Like Head Coaches only for America East, Conference USA, Southland, and Sun Belt conferences.

First release of 00, 01, 04 imports with just Conferences, Teams and Logos.

MOD INFO:
The mod's Historical Prestige is done from the year 2000 to current, rather than full history. I do this for
several reasons, one it stops teams with great history before 2000 from showing up as often in the top
25 to consistently. Also it is more reflective of the teams with good history the last two decades as that
is about all people and I think current recruits recall today. I have done it this way for about four years
now but its more even refined this year as I keep looking at ways to improve. The Current Prestige came
from how teams were performing currently.
The 00_Import-CnfTm-Default uses the DDSCB game defaults. Only Conference, Team, Arena names &
Capacity changed. All other ratings remain DDSC defaults
Logos, jerseys and courts start with 1CM_ these are the mod graphics. This is done for several reasons, it
makes them appear at the top of the list when you use a file requestor (tournament logos) for instance. I
do not overwrite but a couple of the games default graphics allowing the default.db to still work and it
makes it easy to remove what you do not want. It also allows other modders creations by just using a
different naming process for instance 2GT_ could be a Greatest Teams Mod with everything changed by
just choosing a different Import file. By using a number first in the name keeps mods graphics sorted by
mod and organized.
