Maria Clara At Ibarra: Time to change history! (Episode 12)

I would like to describe and recall on what’s happening. Klay Infantes

who gets transported into the setting of Noli Me Tangere in order for
her to learn the narrative and story of the novel. She is trying to change
the history of Noli Me Tangere. She is trying to change the fate of the
characters in the Noli me Tangere. Klay Infantes wants to help the
characters of the novel, but the old man who brought her inside the
novel Professor Torres, said that the reason he brought her inside is to
learn the narrative of the novel. Her stubbornness is at its peak because
she doesn’t want to listen to Professor Torres. Professor Torres who
brought her inside the novel already Emphasized that you can’t change
the fate of the characters inside the novel. Her way of thinking is in par
with a child, Arrongant, Stubborn, and dumb. there are no reasons to
change the novel created by Rizal, Changing the novel will do nothing
great.

The characters emphasized in this episode are Klay, Professor Torres,

Sisa, Crispin, Basilio, Ibarra. Klay, Ibarra, Crispin, Basilio, and Sisa
are examples of a round Character everyone of them has a flaw and has
something to resolve except Professor Torres because he is an example
of a Flat Character. He does not have any flaws to address and resolve.
Klay seems to be walking in the afternoon at the field with some trees at
the background and then suddenly she met Professor Torres. Klay’s
mood is more likely irritated before meeting Professor Torres because
she did not succeed at her goal of changing the fate of Crispin and
Basilio. Klay is being stubborn After Professor Torres told her the
reason why he brought her in the novel, the mood of Professor Torres
quickly changed and became irritated because of Klay’s goal and
actions.

The main conflict of this episode is that Klay is trying to change the
novel. Professor Torres tried to convince her that changing the story
will do nothing great and will make the story more complicated. If the
story gets more complicated the longer Klay will stay inside the novel.
Because in order for her to get out is to finish the novel, but Klay is
being stubborn and doesn’t want to listen to Professor Torres. The
possible symbolism in this episode is that Klay can represent the GEN Z.
The moral of this episode is that always listen and don’t be stubborn
haha.
