WATER SPORTS SELF-INSPECTION CHECKLIST

As a responsible travel operator we fully understand our responsibilities towards all aspects of a guest’s holiday, and this
includes safety and security. We are therefore obliged to ensure that we check the key aspects of safety and security,
monitor any concerns, and be able to demonstrate that we aim to only promote properties that have satisfactory
standards on behalf of our guests.

In order to establish a record of your service, we should be grateful if you would complete the attached “Self Inspection
checklist”. This checklist has been prepared taking into account actual incidents that have caused death or injury in the
past, and include recommendations that have resulted from investigations following such incidents.

The checklist is aimed at inflatable water sport activities applying to all providers of this service. If you feel there is a need
to explain an answer that may not be clear, then please do so in the comments.

We ask our suppliers to take all reasonable steps to ensure that our clients enjoy a safe holiday, and are not exposed to any
unnecessary risks.

In this regard we do look to you as the provider of this service to enforce your own health and safety policy.
