Technical Datasheet of Engi Lube (Concrete Pumping Primer)

Description:

Engi Lube is the Morden product specially designed for the ease of priming of concrete pump & boom
pressure.

Application:

One pack of Engi Lube (250gm) can be mixed with 75 litres of water in drum or in a hopper up to glossy
mix achieved; this mixture has to be used as slurry before concreting.

Dosage:

One pack of Engi Lube can replace up to 3- bag of cement that can be used to prime 50 meter & above
pipe line of concrete pump.

Advantages:

Engi Lube replaces the 3-bags of cement & hassle of lifting them into the hopper or drum.

It also reduces the friction in pipe line.

No stop or block in pipe line.

Engi Lube is cheaper & time saver.

Very small quantity is required.

Physical property : White Crystalline Powder.

Self life : Best of before 24-Month from the date of manufacturing in unopened condition.

Storage : Store in cool & dry place.
