I am Nwaoburu Grant Chisa, a native of Ikiri community in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni
Local Government Area of Rivers State.

I am a graduate of Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island, having a Bachelor of
Arts degree (B.A) in History and Diplomacy.
