    I am writing to let you know that the tenants, Mr. and Mrs. Johnson, have
    now vacated your flat. The keys may be collected from our office in North Road, if
    required. Generally speaking, the flat has been left in a very clean and tidy
    condition, other than some damp stains on one of the walls in the second bedroom.
     
    As we consider the flat has been well maintained, we propose to release Mr.
    and Mrs. Johnson’s deposit in full. I trust this will be satisfactory to you.

    EXPANSION OF SERVICES
    On another matter, I wish to inform you that, as part of our current programme of
    expanding the breath of service we offer to our clients, we have recently appointed
