19. Box X contains 2 red and 4 blue balls. Two balls are drawn from box X at random, one after
another, without replacement. Find the probability that
(a) (i) the 2 balls are red,
(ii) the 2 balls are different in colour
In a bazaar, there is a game in which all participants should pay $16 before joining the game. In
the game, each participant should draw two balls at random from box X without replacement. If
two red balls are drawn, he/she will have a prize of $100. If the colours of the two balls are
different, he/she will have a prize of $10. If two blue balls are drawn, he/she will have a prize of
$8.
