The Management Associate Program is Citi’s® flagship development program designed for high
potential individuals with identified leadership and management capabilities. You will be able to
accelerate your professional development by fully leveraging these opportunities throughout
your 20-month rotation:
Initial induction into Citi’s® culture and values followed by a comprehensive review of its
businesses, products and services.
Guidance by a dedicated mentor who leads by example with further support provided by
colleagues and members of the senior management team.

All participants must have earned their postgraduate degree; either an MBA or Master’s degree
and have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
