Your Role at CredAble:

• Supervise a wide range of Banking-as-service (BaaS) customer implementation programs.
You will be co-responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program.
• Program Management Office charter:
i) Initiate and set goals for BaaS & Enterprise programs according to the organisation's
strategic objectives.
ii) Plan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, and
processes.
iii) Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for
improvements.
iv) Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve
complex problems.
v) Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed.
vi) Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.

Preferred Skills:
• Suitable candidates would have 10+ years of Agile Program Management experience,
primarily in large Banking digital transformation programs implemented by large & mid-size
System Integrators.
• You have demonstrated excellence in complex program/project execution consistently to
demanding customers, both external & internal, using a Lean mindset and Agile methods.
• Customer-centric and stakeholder-centric in mindset.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
