Position Job Scope including, but not limited to: 

As  an  Associate  of  operation  excellence  you  will  be  working  closely  with  key  operation  directorates 
(e.g.,  warehouse,  logistics,  sourcing  and  purchasing,  etc.,)  to  ensure  respective  directorate’s  target 
achievement  as  well  as  to  identify,  validate  and  drive  improvement  initiatives  in  each  respective 
directorate.  In  addition, as operations excellence manager you will be working hand-in-hand with head 
of  operation  excellence  to  assist COO to make key operation decision and to maintain integrated view 
across the operation. Scope of this role includes (but not limited to): 

● Drive key analysis to identify improvement initiatives across operation areas 

● Work closely with key operation directorates to implement operation improvement initiatives 
● Define and implement operation improvement roadmap 
● Work  with  key  operation  directorate  to  drive  target  achievement  in the day-to-day operation including
daily debottlenecking, metrics management and regular performance report 
● Assist product and growth team on its expansion plan 
● Assist operation product team on its product development plan. 

 
  

 
 
 
Qualification Requirements: 
 

● Bachelor  degree  (preferably  with  quantitative  focus  such  as  engineering,  economics,  finance, 
computer science, accounting etc.,). 
● <1 -2 years working experience in relevant field (e.g., supply chain and operation, consulting, etc.,). 
● Strong  problem  solving  skill  –  both  high  level  conceptual  problem  solving  and  analytical  problem 
solving. 
● Data  driven  individual  with  ability  to  analyse  and  synthesize  complex  data  and  information  into
actionable insights. 
● Highly motivated and entrepreneurial with leadership skills and growth mindset. 
● Comfortable and able to thrive in uncertain and dynamic environment. 
● Has  the  ability  to  organize  and  manage  large  number  of  project  pipeline  and  able  to  switch  between 
priorities conveniently 
● Good interpersonal and communication skills
