DEEDS OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is entered into this __ day of __________ in __________,
Philippines, by and between:

(name), of legal age, Filipino, (single/married/widow/widower), and a resident of

_______________________, hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER / VENDOR”;

 and

          (name), of legal age, Filipino, (single/married/widow/widower), and a resident of

______________________, hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER / VENDEE”;

WITNESSETH THAT:

         The SELLER / VENDOR is the true and lawful owner of a certain property, more
particularly described as follows:

         The BUYER / VENDEE has offered to purchase the above-described property and
the SELLER / VENDOR has accepted said offer, subject to the following terms and
conditions.

NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF

receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the SELLER / VENDOR to his full and
complete satisfaction, the SELLE and in favour ofthe UYER / VENDEE, his heirs,
successors and assigns, the foregoing property in a manner absolute and irrevocable,
definitely free from liens and encumbrances whatsoever.

taxes, costs and expenses of transfer).

This Deed shall be valid and binding not only on the parties herein but also on their
heirs, agents, representatives, successors and assigns.
