This machine belongs to pair and poaches the forcing type concrete

3. Structure（Kg）
principle
JS350, Model JS500 concrete mixer are by material loading, stir ,
unloaded the material , water supply , electric part to make up . See
Fig. 1 in structure of the complete machine.
3.1 Stiring system
Stiring system by motor , belt pulley , decelerator , gear wheel of
turning on etc. , stir pot , stir device , support oil device ,etc. to make
up. Structure its sketch meet picture 2 , 3 , 4.
The motor drives second gear wheel decelerator through the belt,
decelerator two output shaft getting which run from opposite directions
gear wheel drive two mixing that level dispose axle reverse to turn
round at the same speed separately through two.
The arc part of stiring pot is welded , stir and stud with the welt in the
pot, link and fasten with the countersunk head screw and pot body .
Stir pot contain two mixing axle that competence dispose , each axle

3.2 Material loading system

The motor drives reel turning through the decelerator to apply the

3.3 Water -supply system
Water-supply system by water pump, electrical machinery, wash

3.4 Unload the material system

3.5 Electric system

6. Install and running-in
6.1 Installation of the machine

6.2 Inspection and preparation before the running-in
6.2.1 check every gearbox is sufficient and good or not and each

6.3 Unloaded running-in
6.3.1 Start the stiring motor, two stir axle turn to instruct first direction

6.4 Heavily loaded running-in

6.4.2 Start the stiring electrical machinery to operate.
6.4.3 Close and unload the material door , join necessary mixture in the

7. Operation precautions
7.1 After putting through the power with machine, power indicator
lamp and indicator lamp of the trouble are on.
7.2 when mixer working , , develop switch should shut off。

7.4 The machine is stired in the course, can't shut down at will, if the

7.5 The machine is in the course of operating, can't overhaul .
7.6 Operate it among the course, make sure not to make sand ,

influence the opening and closing of the sluice gate.

8. Maintain and maintenance
8.1 Project that should be checked before the per tour is used
8.1.1 Check whether the fuselage is steady。
