Ethical Conduct
Brian Chesky has been interested in construction since he was a child
From an early age, Brian loved to use his artistic and creative ideas in his toys and shoes. This
was not just a passing phase for him. She earned her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in 2004 with
an emphasis on industrial construction at the Rhode Island School of Design. It was here that he
met his business partner Joe Gebbia, who was also partnering with Airbnb.
Hisky recently celebrated Airbnb's business history
He wrote on Twitter on his Twitter account that from these new years of 2017, the company will
reach a significant milestone. According to his estimates, there will be two million people using
the Airbnb site to celebrate. These are really issues that should be celebrated by successful young
entrepreneurs.
Chesky got inspired by Airbnb when he had no money to pay his taxes
Although it should not have been a joke at the time, Chesky was forced to rent his apartment in
order to have enough money to pay his monthly rent. He named it “Air Bed and Breakfast.” This
is because he and his colleagues in the room bought three mattresses as a result of the incident.
This is the situation that gave them the idea of Airbnb surprisingly.
Brian became a professional industrial designer and a post-college strategist
He has worked for 3DID, Inc. company in Los Angeles. moved to San Francisco with his current
founder Joe Gebia. This was her childhood dream and she was taking the necessary steps to
achieve her dream. Little did he know that the day of the catastrophe he realized he was not
making enough money to pay rent would come into the apartment as the two could not afford to
pay their rent.
Chesky is brilliant by thinking outside the box to solve problems
While trying to establish an Airbnb company, Chesky and his founders were faced with the
problem that they did not have enough money to start. He came up with a good idea. He and his
colleagues formed a series of grain products and named their candidates for the presidency at
that time. His special programs were named "Cap'n Mc Cain" and "Obama O's." Chesky was
able to use his talents as a designer or redesign to produce some eye-catching products that
attracted the attention of Y Combinator who donated much-needed seed money so that Airbnb
was on its way to success.
Brian is a product of social workers
Brian Chesky's parents were both trained social workers. Robber H. and Deborah Chesky work
as social workers in the area of Niskayuna, New York. Besides Brian, they had a young child,
Brian's sister Allison.
Airbnb sponsored the 2016 Summer Olympics
It was Chesky who made the official announcement. Airbnb is pleased to share its success by
officially sponsoring an event in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. No doubt they had hundreds if not
thousands of people living in the Airbnb areas while attending the biggest event.
Chesky joined the top billionaire team in 2016
Almost everyone is familiar with Bill Gates and Warren Buffet and the great wealth that these
nobles have. Brian Chesky shared as a success. In the summer of 2016, he joined these billions in
making a pledge to donate most of their wealth. This is the kind of story that needs to be shared
because it shows how powerful these people are and their determination to improve the world
around them.
Chesky was added to Forbes' "America's Richest Entrepreneurs Under 40" list.
He was given this distinction in 2015 after experiencing great success with Airbnb. This is far
from the time when he was forced to rent his apartment in order to pay the rent. This is the
second such award that has highlighted the lightning speed of his successful hospitality program
that has traveled around the world.
Brian Chesky Net Worth
Since 2016, Forbes has reported on the financial value of this young artist in the hospitality
industry. Brian Chesky's current value is $ 3.8 billion. This is a good tribute to previous figures
with a total value of $ 3.3 billion in November 2015. He is making progress that goes up and
down and at first glance it looks like this is just the beginning of Brian and his colleagues at
Airbnb.
Start small and go easy on the marketing budget
With the start of Brian Chesky and Joe Gebbia, an Airbnb manager said they were able to keep
things going by staying grateful and supporting marketing costs. One way to do this was to go
out and take as many pictures of buildings as possible and keep doing so until it was "painful".
When this is too much, Chesky said they hire part-time photographers and manage their
workload using spreadsheets. Then, when this was not supported, they decided to hire their first
student.
Airbnb needed buyers and sellers to make the platform work. For these reasons, Chesky took to
the streets and started doing PR from one department to another with the intention of getting
people to sign up.
Needless to say, they have worked hard to keep marketing costs low and increase their budget
when needed. When asked about his first advice, Chesky pointed out that it all starts and ends
with a few simple steps.
Check the product or service in person before marketing
Like many highly successful entrepreneurs, Chesky emphasizes the importance of evaluating
your product or service. After all, if you don’t like it, how can you expect someone else to like it
when you start a marketing campaign? It is sound advice according to the CEO, because too
many marketing campaigns fail and the reason for this failure is usually due to a lack of product
or service testing.

In fact, Chesky tells the story of the beginning of Airbnb when he and Joe bought an air mattress
for their apartment. While this was not good at all, it was a way to get the job done. As you can
see, Chesky is a man who gives advice based on personal experience and frequency, this is the
most useful advice that often cries out to something in the "just do it" line.

At the same time, there is caution in his words and Chesky explicitly urges beginners and
entrepreneurs to do their job before investing in the advertising they do.
Brian Joseph Chesky is the kind of businessman who makes us all smile. He knows his share of
the ups and downs but it is the way he copes with the very different trying situations. He has
used a huge arsenal of new ideas and following actions to find clever solutions that have brought
him to where he is today. It’s easy enough for us to laugh at the state of rent and his purchase of
three air mattresses, but it probably wasn’t that funny to him and his colleagues at the time.
Instead of giving up, he moved on to more logical solutions to problems and this fell in love with
us and he became one of the youngest entrepreneurs you could see beyond this time and built
something very important in dark situations. We hope you enjoyed reading Brian Chesky's
amazing life.
