The purpose of this duty is to research the financial management practice of senior high school students

of their skills to strategic practice of establishing, controlling, and monitoring all financial resources to
achieve your business goals. Specifically, the study sought to identify how the management of school
finance is practiced in the target schools. Many students in senior high school struggle with their
financial stability just to continue what they started. From food, allowance, project, etc. that may cause
them to spend and become their trials on how to budget or manage the amount that they only could have.
In this study, we will notice or may discover how SHS students manage their financial side, what are
their priorities, and how they overcome challenges in financials.

The purpose of this study is to develop financial literacies, identify financial challenges, improving
student retention and success, and supporting financial wellness. The main objective of the study is to
assess financial management practices in the senior high school with focus on senior high school in
Christ the King College of Calbayog City, Inc. The specific purposes are;

1. Educators and policymakers can identify gaps in financial literacy and develop strategies to
improve financial literacy among students.

2. Help identify these challenges and inform the development of policies and programs to support
student in managing their finances.

3. Financial challenges can have a significant impact on student’s ability to stay in school and
succeed academically, by studying how students manage their finances, and staying in school.

4. Supporting student’s financial wellness and improve their overall well-being.
