Buyer Persona
Onhophy Driggy is a physical store visitor, an online purchaser and sometimes he wants
a home delivery service. He value personalized human interaction, he wants some
experts to talk to and show empathy. He always expects to attend him on immediate
basis and behave as he is the only customer to be served with instant care and support.
If he encountered critical issues that prevents him from visiting the physical store, he
preferred to buy through online or phone calls and he wants to be handled with utmost
care and fast service.
Target Market
70% of the target market of the Drugs Store will come from the local community,
including the nearby school. While the remaining 30% will come from anyone who
needs prescription medication, groceries, health care related products, medical
equipment, supplements, consultative services on medication management and
wellness and many more. Also, to anyone who wants to purchase cosmetics and eat
healthy meals and snacks.
Promotional Strategies
Alba Triana Drugs Store will build out its social media presence on Facebook. It will post
its products and services offered as well as its success stories and reviews from
satisfied customers to create a strong brand awareness and gain customer trust and
loyalty. The Drugs Store will purchase billboard ads and place in an area that directs
from the highway to the store, staffs will also distribute flyers about the products and
services offered to attract potential customers and visitors.
