24 I submitted my wife Olga (then 87 year) on 10 October 2019 to Austin Hospital, Heidelberg,
25 Victoria, Australia as while a specialist had cleared her on 2 October 2019 nevertheless I with no
26 scientific or medial training held Olga needed urgent medical assistance. The doctor gave me the
27 understanding that had I waited a few hours Olga likely would have been dead. She was found to
28 have heart failure, liquid in her lungs, and other comorbidity. So Olga ended up in ICU and
29 spend 10 days in hospital.
30 SARS-CoV-2(COVID-19) was not then a common word but had it been it would have likely
31 been claimed to be COVID-129. This even so SARSCoV2 actually ALLEGEDLY already
32 existed way back in 2006!

3 Because most commercial armored RNA preparations contain exogenous sequences of
4 <500 nucleotides (9), separate armored RNA species are often prepared for calibration of
5 each target in multiple virus assays. To reduce costs and simplify multivirus detection, we
6 are seeking to produce a single chimeric armored RNA species that might be used as a
7 positive control for multiple viral targets. We consider this task to be feasible because the
8 inventors of armored RNA predicted that, theoretically, at least 2 kb of nonbacteriophage
9 RNA sequence might be encapsulated (8). As proof of this principle, we tried to directly
10 package a 1200-nucleotide–long foreign RNA sequence containing gene fragments of
11 hepatitis C virus (HCV), HIV-1, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 1 (SARS-
12 CoV1), and SARS-CoV2 into the original armored RNA production vector pAR-1 (8).

15 As I indicated I am not trained in science or medical issues but reading through your published
16 statement it seems odd, indeed very odd, that it refers to the PCR test which the inventor had
17 made clear was NOT a diagnostic tool.
18 Because of the risk to my wife (she is now 90) I held it my obligation to research details and my
19 blog at https://www.scribd.com/inspectorrikati raises numerous issues. I watched numerous
20 videos such as by NZ Dr Sam Baily, Dr Andrew Kaufman and others and understood that
21 when you claim to have isolated and purified some alleged virus then you need to prove it
22 actually is a “virus” and not merely some pre-conceived conclusion.

24 The Epoch times April 20-28, 2023 has an article “The Salt Controversy” and in it the author
25 indicated that:
26 “The researches found that report authors were 50 percent more likely to cite papers that
27 reflected their point of view, whether they believed that salt reduction was beneficial or
28 not. Moreover, just a few prolific researches produced most of the work in the field and
29 seemed to be unaffected by the work of researched who came to a different conclusion.”

31 It is therefore reasonable to question the claims by Peter Doherty Institute if it indeed did follow
32 the Koch postulate!
33 Therefore If this 58 year old person was the first person to have been found to have SARS-CoV-
34 2 (covid-19) then did Peter Doherty Institute having isolated and purified the alleged virus then
35 having established another person not having this alleged virus inject this second person and then
36 establish if this second person then ended up with precisely the same alleged SARS-CoV-2
37 (COVID-19) virus?

39 I understand that blood samples taken in Italy way back in about August 2019 turned out to be
40 claimed to be COVID-19. Then again there are claims that the ‘long covid’ really is ‘long
41 influenza’!

43 Neither my wife or myself had any influenza jabs for the last 50 years, and neither wore a mask
44 and neither had any so called covid jabs! Yet, despite going around and I may state unafraid
45 amongst others I had no ill health. My wife continue to have the same kind of health issues she
46 had for decades.

5 The research aimed to describe the first isolation and sequencing of SARS‐CoV‐2 in
6 Australia and rapid sharing of the isolate. SARS‐CoV‐2 was isolated from a 58‐year‐old
7 man from Wuhan, China who arrived in Melbourne on 19 January 2020 and was admitted
8 to the Monash Medical Centre, Melbourne, from the emergency department on 24
9 January 2020 with fever, cough, and progressive dyspnoea.

19 SARS‐CoV‐2 genomes.” As so far I am aware, video of scientist in January 2020 claimed that
20 they used the sequence of China to create within 2 days the so called “gene therapy” named
21 covid vaccine?

25 And, what sequence was ever proved to be FACTUAL as while computer generated sequences
26 might be used such as in research to seek to get to a certain gain-of-function patho0gen or to just
27 created a specific poisonous alleged vaccine that really is designed to ensure the USA DoD

29 science publication will at the very least demand that there is reliable evidence that other
30 scientist were able to check as being bona fide, that indeed not only the alleged SARS-CoV-2
31 virus (COVID-19) was isolated and purified but as per Koch postulate a person diagnosed not to
32 have this alleged SARS-CoV-2 virus (COVID-19) and then having been injected with the
33 alleged isolated/purified SARS-CoV-2 virus (COVID-19) ended up as like Patient 1!

35 I may have missed it but nothing in the publication appears to indicate that a second person had
36 been actually “infected” using the Koch postulate process.

38 I understand that the so called 1918 “influenza” originally came from Ford Detrick but became
39 known as the “Spanish Flu” because the media there were the once publishing about it. However
40 numerous test in Fort Detrick proved that you could not infect another person.

42 If the $10,000 award by hindsight was wrongly awarded to Peter Doherty Institute then I view it
43 should be reconsidered who really would have been entitled to the award and so the $10,000
44 prize.

46 If China did release their alleged sequence about 26 January 2020 and Peter Instituted did so on
47 about 25 January 2020 then what possible publicly available sequence could Peter Doherty
48 Institute have compared their claim with?

50 Obviously I at least consider this a very serious issue that Peter Doherty Institute made a claim
51 which to me (acknowledging not to have any scientific or medical training) seems to be B.S.

1 because it doesn’t show any procedure required to establish that the alleged SARS-CoV-2 virus
2 actually was replicated into another person using the Koch postulate process.
3 Because as I understand it governments and others relied upon the Peter Doherty Institute claim
4 it in my view may have in the long run caused untold harm causing many victims and also many
5 people dying, where the claim was that the so called vaccines would prevent
6 infection/transmission of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) where in reality it in my view never was
7 proven to exist.

9 I can go to a children playground and find a tire in use by children. This doesn’t prove a bit that
10 therefore those children are driving a motor vehicle, as the tire may simply be hanging of a rope
11 for the children to play with. That may explain essentially what the inventor of the PCR test
12 made clear, it is not a diagnostic tool at all. And the PCR test I understand was based upon the
13 common cold. As such, where was the evidence it could be used as a diagnostic tool to establish
14 the alleged SARS-CoV-2 virus?

16 For the above I view that you need to do a proper investigation and demand that Perter Doherty
17 Institute provide appropriate records who was patient 2 that was successfully infected using the
18 Koch postulate, and have confirmed by independent scientist, etc? Failing that I view the award
19 should be rescinded and re-awarded to a person or person who deserved it.

21 We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal
22 constitution!
