Mr. Fatkhu earned bachelor degree of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).
Started his career at PT. Badak NGL CO Bontang since 1982. Appointed as Field Operation Div Production Engineering,
Well Service, Maintenance Manager & Area Manager at Kondur Petroleum – EMP Malaca Street since 1999.

He previously served as Maintenance Division Inspection Engineering Hudbay Oil since 1986, Maintenance Division
Inspection Engineering, Plant Engineering Lasmo Oil 1995.

With his experience for decades of engineering world, exploitation and operation plant of course he can develop a
business plan from PT. Tangguh Duta Merlin
Norman graduated from one of the acknowledged faculty in Universitas Trisakti, Faculty of Civil Engineering, as Bachelor
of Civil Engineering and prior led PT. Tangguh Duta Merlin as President Director. In 2009, he worked as Site Manager at
PT. PP Dirganeka. Then he moved to be Project Manager at PT. VSL Indonesia in 2011 and worked for one of the
projects which is JLNT Casablanca. In 2013, he held the position of Civil Engineer at PT. Rekayasa Engineering and
worked for their impressive projects which are Ammonia Plant Pusri Sriwidjaya II B and Ammonia Plant Banggai
Ammonia Project. Since 2016, he served as the Operation Director PT. Inter Samudera Sakti and led some of remarkable
projects which are Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia and Rumah Susun Penggilingan & Renovation Summitmas Property II.

With all his experience, Norman not only excellent in leading and managing a project, but also he has great capability in
design engineering.
He was graduated from one of the well-known university in Indonesia, Universitas Trisakti, as Bachelor of Civil
Engineering. He started his career at PT. Wiratman & Associates since 2008 as Director Of Business Development. Then
he served PT Sinar Mutiara Indah in 2011 as Project Manager. Since 2017, he worked for some project as Research &
Technology at PT. Tangguh Duta Merlin which are Distribution Center Alfa Mart Gunung Sindur, Pembangunan
Pombensin Jawa, Sumatra & Kalimantan, Pembangunan Showroom Toyota di Jawa, Sumatera & Kalimantan.

With all his previous knowledge and experiences from university, work, and projects, his ability in management
construction is undoubtable.
