    PLAY DAY KINDERGARTEN 2


    JANUARY 6, 2023

    I. Activity: Slime Activity

    II. Objectives:
    The pupils will be able to:
    a. Make shapes using the playdough.
    b. Create 3D playdough faces.
    c. Use their imagination and creativity.
    d. Develop fine motor skills.
    e. Show how to roll, stretch and flatten playdough.

    III. Procedure

    STAGES ACTIVITIES
    • The pupils will dance “Exercise Dance for Kids”
    EXPLORE/MOTIVATION

    • Slime helps kids get in touch with almost all the senses: they
    focus on how it feels, sounds, looks, and smells. This can
    FIRM lead to more self-awareness, as well as awareness about
    UP/INTRODUCTION the world around them.
    • Let the pupil’s experiment with slime.
    • Show the pupils how to roll, stretch and flatten playdough.
    PLAYING TIME • Talk about how the slime feels, and what the pupil is
    making.
    • Let the pupils use the slime in a way that suits their
    interests.
    Activity
    1. Allow the pupils to create object using the 3D shapes.
