Conflict Identification
Owing to the country's growing population of impoverished people, individuals needing
assistance are given attention and systems, and capable people provide their service. In addition
to this issue, many people continue to refrain from participating in activities that might help
them better their communities while having the ability to do so. Individuals not driven to help the
people may have needed to be uprooted enough to make it a habit of giving their time, effort,
talents, and assets to others. Some people may be too preoccupied to care about others and may
be moving too quickly. There are many reasons why individuals dislike volunteering, but the
world is fortunate to have Jaja as one dedicated to helping the less fortunate.
Plan of Action
As was already said, age limitations do not apply when helping the community. To help those in
need, we must ready our compassionate, open hearts. The government must also support those
working in the public and private sectors engaging in these endeavors to draw attention to what
civic engagement can accomplish to restore humanity.
Reflection
One must be able to contribute by having an open heart and not expecting anything in return.
We must act now because we are the only ones who can end this persistent issue of poverty. If
we have a kind heart and open hands to extend the needs of the people, we may be the help that
the world needs via various acts of kindness. We will be compelled to help and sympathize with
the poor because kindness is contagious and has a drip effect once it is begun. We may
contribute to the solution through our deeds.
